How long does it take?

A first working version is usually in use within a month, and the full system within two to three. The furniture retailer's was in daily use in under a month and complete in under two.

What does it cost?

It depends on the scope, so we don't publish prices. After a first conversation we'll tell you what we'd build and what it would cost. You can start with a single workflow.

Will it work with what we already use?

Usually. We connect to accounting packages, tills, banks, payment providers, scanners, online shops, carriers and e-invoicing, among others. If something can't be connected, we'll say so before we start.

Who controls the system and our data?

Your data stays yours, and hosting is set up around your requirements. Backups run continuously and are copied offsite. Ownership, hosting and access are agreed in writing before any work starts.

What happens after launch?

For thirty days we work alongside your team, adjusting the system as real use shows what needs changing. After that we handle support, improvements and new requirements.

Do you use AI?

Yes, in two places. Inside your system, for jobs like forecasting demand, spotting unusual refunds and matching invoices, with a person approving anything important. And in how we build: AI helps us work quickly, while experienced engineers design the architecture and answer for its security and quality.

Is our business the right fit?

We're most useful when your way of working doesn't fit standard software: stock in several places, imports and landed costs, scheduling, approvals. If you're not sure, tell us how you work and we'll give you an honest answer.
